Before your visit
- Paperwork comes through our FollowMyHealth patient portal — completing it ahead of time keeps your visit unhurried.
- Bring a photo ID, your insurance card (we bill HMAA/HWMG and UHA directly and submit courtesy claims for other plans), a list of current medications and supplements, and — if you have them — recent labs or records.
- If you're on hormones already, bring the actual prescriptions or product names and doses. Details matter.

What the visit is actually like
The short version: you talk, we listen, and nobody watches the clock. First visits start with your story — symptoms, history, what you've tried, what you want. Then an exam where clinically appropriate, targeted labs where they're useful, and a plan you helped build. You leave knowing what happens next, and follow-up is scheduled — not left to chance.
The money part
No surprises — including the numbers: new patient visits (30 minutes) are $250 with Ann and $300 with Dr. G; follow-ups start at $125 (HMAA/HWMG and UHA patients pay their usual plan cost-sharing instead). Payment is due at time of service for out-of-network plans, we submit courtesy claims on your behalf, we accept HSA/FSA and offer CareCredit financing, and Medicare patients sign a private contract (we've opted out of Medicare). After your visit
