Wahine Health — Gynecology Care for Maui

E komo mai

Welcome to Wahine Health.

Mahalo for choosing us — or for considering us. A first visit anywhere new comes with questions, so here is who we are, what to expect, and exactly how billing works. We'd rather you know all of it before your appointment than be surprised after. If anything raises a question, call us at (808) 879-1859 — a real person answers.

Who we are

Wahine Health is an independent gynecology practice in Wailea, Maui, owned and led by Carrie Giordano, DO, FACOG, DABOM, MSCP — board-certified in obstetrics & gynecology and in obesity medicine, and a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. Most patients know her as Dr. G. She practices alongside seasoned APRN Ann Craddock. Together we offer annual exams, routine gynecology, and in-office procedures, with a particular focus on perimenopause, menopause, and hormone therapy.

How we practice

We keep this practice small on purpose. Appointments are scheduled in 15-minute blocks and built around what you actually came in for. New patient visits are always 30 minutes, so there's enough time to review your history and actually talk; follow-ups are scheduled for 15–30 minutes depending on what you need. Either way, you won't be rushed. Telehealth visits are available for many appointment types for patients located in Hawaiʻi or Illinois.

You talk. We listen. Nobody watches the clock.

Before your first visit

Insurance & billing — the transparent version

We would rather you know exactly how billing works before you're seen than be surprised by a statement afterward.

Out-of-network & self-pay rates. Visits are billed by scheduled time, in 15-minute increments: Ann Craddock, APRN — $125 per 15 minutes · Dr. G — $150 per 15 minutes. New patient visits are always 30 minutes ($250 with Ann, $300 with Dr. G); follow-ups are 15–30 minutes depending on complexity. We'll confirm your visit length — and expected cost — when you book. In-office procedures are quoted separately before they're done. The complete picture is on our billing & insurance page.

Cancellations & no-shows

Your appointment time is reserved for you alone. If you need to change it, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $50 fee to the card on file, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit to rebook. We know life on Maui happens — call or text and we'll always work with you.
