Board-certified gynecologist Dr. Carrie Giordano, affectionately known as "Doc G" by her patients, is a seasoned gynecologist and owner of Wahine Health in Wailea, HI. She has been in practice since 2005. With her vast experience in women's health and complex gynecological issues, Dr. Giordano is well-versed in providing comprehensive healthcare to women in all life stages. She values patient participation, always considering their views when deciding on the best medical course of action.
Dr. Giordano earned her bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She obtained her doctor of osteopathic medicine from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Giordano is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Giordano has a deep-rooted passion for helping others, from routine gynecological exams to advanced gynecological treatments and surgeries, she provides the most comprehensive and compassionate care. Dr. Giordano has also dedicated her time to medical mission work in South America where she helps bring needed care and resources to the very underserved women of Bolivia. Originally from Chicago, IL, Dr. Giordano and her husband have called Maui home since 2017. They have a dog and two cats who run the show at home. She enjoys gardening, exploring Maui beaches, and snorkeling in her free time.
Dr. G. helped me get my health and my life back while going through a difficult time with menopause. She is not only highly knowledgeable regarding best practices in hormone replacement therapy but she genuinely cares about her patients, she is warm and kind and has a great sense of humor. Dr. G changed my life, she gave me something I thought was lost after 39. I spent countless hours, days, and money trying to restore and fix what stress, age, gimmicks and empty promises were taking from me. I honestly had given up and just tried to "learn" to accept myself with all theses obstacles or "flaws" I honestly felt bad after our first visit as I unloaded all my past negative experiences and doubt she would do any better than then last guy I gave all my money and time. I wish I had all day and all the words to tell you about my exceptional experience. This review is long over due my journey is still going but I am not alone with all the staff, Bonnie, Oceania and others plus my girl Dr G. my journey so far has been nothing short of life changing.
